Our glamping tent includes a queen bed and can accommodate two twins for an additional fee to sleep up to 4 people per tent.

Delivery & set up is included! If you are more than 50 miles outside of Roseburg Oregon, Travel fees will apply unless otherwise stated.

We always set up by 3pm and pick up after 10am the next day. Depending on travel time, we arrive for set up between 9am-2pm.

We provide luxury bedding that includes pillows, pillow covers,  fitted sheet, top sheet, waterproof mattress pad, duvet and duvet cover along with throw blankets.

You can receive a full refund if you contact us minimum 14 days before your booking date. If you want to cancel within 14 days of your booking date, the full amount paid can be applied to a different date. Booking monies will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of Booking date.  

The canvas tent is 100% rainproof. If light rain is expected, we will set up as normal. If more rain is expected, we will take necessary precautions with rain covers on our tents.

We have a two night minimum with additional nights at 50% off the nightly rate.

We are located in Roseburg Oregon. Delivery is included within a 50 mile radius of our location. We currently serve all of Oregon with plans to expand out of state. If you're outside of our area, give us a call to discuss.

You need to bring whatever you need as far as clothes and medications, along with anything else personal you may need, and food. We will have all the bedding, and seating for around the tent for you. We do not provide food, however; we do have plates, cups, utensils, and cooking utensils. If we are setting up for you in a place that does not provide a BBQ, we have small portable charcoal BBQs available for a nominal fee.

If you are renting just the tent you need to bring everything, as you are getting just a tent. Your clothes, bedding, medications, chairs, food, plates, cooking utensils, and whatever else you think you may need to enjoy your time.
